Fr. Chris Saliga, O.P., who ministers with the Dominican Friars Health Care Ministry of New York, located at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church will be a poster presenter at the first annual meeting of the Society for Spirituality, Theology, and Health, sponsored by the Duke Center for Spirituality, on June 25-27, 2008. The title of his presentation will be Promotion of Holistic Health via Excellent Family Planning: A Catholic Approach. Fr. Saliga will be giving a preview of this talk at the Franciscan University of Stubenville at their Ethical Issues in Sex and Marriage Conference on March 25-27, 2008.
Fr. Saliga will also be giving a talk on The Ethics of Treating Infertility: Integrating Faith and Science at Madonna University in Liviona, MI on Saturday, April 26, 2008. The talk will be sponsored by the Detroit Guild of the Catholic Medical Association.
